The following outlines the terms and conditions in relation to the use of Teacher's Vault, a service provided by Possibility Solutions, LLC. By using Teacher's Vault, and subscribing to its services, you agree to be bound by these terms.


Teacher's Vault for Educators

Free Standard Memberships
Free standard memberships give you access to the area(s) of Teacher's Vault outined on the feature overview page, preceeded with "Standard". Free standard memberships are available for both portfolio hosting as well as job seekers. You may hold a free standard membership for as long as you deem necessary, as long as you log in to your account at least once every ninety (90) days.

Upgraded Memberships
Upgraded memberships give you access to the the area(s) of Teacher's Vault outlined on the feature overview page, preceeded with "Upgraded", and includes the area(s) covered under a free standard membership. Upgraded memberships are available for both portfolio hosting as well as job seekers. You may hold an upgraded membership for as long as you are actively paying the membership fee, currently starting at $5.00 US per month. Should you decide to no longer retain an upgraded membership, you will need to contact us to arrange for cancellation of your recurring billing. At that time your membership may be downgraded to a free standard membership, or cancelled entirely, which you will need to specify to us in your request. Partial refunds will not be issued to memberships cancelled prior to their anniversary date. Possibility Solutions, LLC reserves the right to change the monthly membership fee at any time, with written notice sent to members prior to the fee increase.

Cancellation of Free Standard Memberships
Free standard memberships may be cancelled at any time by following the membership cancellation link located in the "Account Settings" section of the member's area. Any and all data stored on the Teacher's Vault servers related to your membership will be removed immediately. You may sign up for a free standard membership again at a later date, however all personal information entered and stored on Teacher's Vault's servers will not be recoverable.

Inactive Free Standard Memberships
Free standard memberships which have been inactive for more than ninety (90) days are subject to removal. Teacher's Vault will send email notification to you if your membership is viewed as being inactive for this period of time. You will have seven (7) days past the date of notification to log into your account to avoid automatic removal by our system. Memberships remaining inactive past this period will be considered abandoned and be removed without further notice to the membership holder.

Contacting School Districts
School district information, including addresses, phone numbers and email addresses, is provided on Teacher's Vault for your convenience. Do not use this information to follow up with school districts regarding matters related to your activities on Teacher's Vault, including job applications and messages sent through the Teacher's Vault messaging system, unless specifically instructed to by the school district.

Guarantee of Employment
Possibility Solutions, LLC makes no guarantee, express or implied, that you will gain employment by using Teacher's Vault.

Teacher's Vault for School Districts

Free Trial Memberships
Free trial memberships are valid for a period of one (1) year after the trial is activated, and give you full access to the services outlined on the feature overview page. Should you wish to continue using Teacher's Vault past this one (1) year period, you will have seven (7) days past your trial expiration date to upgrade to a full membership. If you have not upgraded your membership within this timeframe, your membership will be terminated, and all data related to your membership, including job postings, will be removed from our databases.

Full Memberships
Full memberships give you full access to the services outlined on the feature overview page. You may hold a full membership for as long as you are actively paying the membership fee, currently set on a per district basis, paid per annum. Should you decide to no longer retain a full membership, you will need to contact us to arrange for cancellation of your recurring billing. At that time your membership will be terminated, and all data related to your membership, including job postings, will be removed from our databases. Partial refunds will not be issued to memberships cancelled prior to their anniversary date. Possibility Solutions, LLC reserves the right to change the annual membership fee at any time, with written notice sent to membership holders prior to the fee increase.

Homepage Featured
Teacher's Vault may, from time to time, feature school districts on the front page of the Teacher's Vault website. This feature may include a profile of the district, links to it's website and/or listings of jobs posted by the district through Teacher's Vault.

Guarantee of Recruitment
Possibility Solutions, LLC makes no guarantee, express or implied, that you will successfully recruit candidates for position openings in your school district by using Teacher's Vault.

User Acknowledgements

Conduct
You may not submit or publish through Teacher's Vault any content or materials that are libelous, defamatory, pornographic, an invasion of privacy, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, offensive, harmful to a minor or an infringement on any intellectual property rights of a third party or would otherwise violate the rights of any third party. Furthermore, you may not submit or publish any content that solicit funds or services, contain advertising or include programs that contain viruses or any other programs designed to impair the functionality of any computer.

Guarantee of Service
Possibility Solutions, LLC makes no guarantee, express nor implied, that Teacher's Vault will be available to everyone at all times. This includes service interruptions, services outages, discontinuation of service and errors or bugs related to the underlying coding of the website. Please check with local laws to determine if the use of Teacher's Vault will be in violation of any of those said laws.

Violation of Service
Possibility Solutions, LLC reserves the right to suspend or remove your membership without prior written notice at any time for violating these Terms of Service.

Miscellaneous

Advertising
Possibility Solutions, LLC may, from time to time, display third party advertisements on the Teacher's Vault website. These advertisements may be located on the publicly accessible areas of the web site, as well as in the member's area of free memberships. Advertisements will never be displayed in the member's area of paid memberships. Possibility Solutions, LLC takes steps to ensure the content of the advertisements is targeted towards a general audience, but cannot guarantee they will appeal to everyone in a non-offensive manner.

Links to external websites may from time to time be provided on the Teacher's Vault website. Possibility Solutions, LLC is not responsible for the content or the accuracy of the information contained on these sites. You agree to visit these sites at your own risk.

Legal

Copyright
All content contained on Teacher's Vault website, including logos, text, images and source code, is proprietary and the property of Possibility Solutions, LLC, and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Notification of Copyright Infringement
Possibility Solutions, LLC will investigate all notices of copyright infringement and take appropriate actions. If you believe that your work has been used or copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and such infringement is occurring on Teacher's Vault, please notify us immediately. When contacting us regarding this matter, provide sufficient information for us to follow up on your claim, including where the alleged infringement is contained, and a statement by you verifying that your claim is accurate. Refer to Title 17, United States Code, for more information regarding the copyright law of the United States.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Possibility Solutions, LLC, and anyone therein related to the operations of Possibility Solutions, LLC and the Teacher's Vault website, including employees and affiliates, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit through Teacher's Vault, your use of Teacher's Vault, your connection to Teacher's Vault, your violation of the Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.



Updates to the Terms of Service
Possibility Solutions, LLC may update and/or amend these Terms of Service at any time. In the event of a substantial change, your will be notified via email detailing the revisions. Should you disagree with any new terms, you must cancel your free membership yourself, or contact us to arrange for cancellation of your paid membership within fifteen (15) days of notification. Failure to do so will automatically bind you to the new Terms of Service.
